Stephanie Brooks
CEO & Founder
With over 15 years of experience in building and scaling high-performing teams, I’ve led the launch and growth of multiple offices across the U.S., including San Francisco, Phoenix, and New York. My background in executive search, business development, and talent strategy has shaped my deep understanding of what early-stage and scaling startups need to thrive.
After completing a Global Executive MBA at EDHEC Business School in France, I founded Rendez-Vous Partners to bridge the tech ecosystems of San Francisco and France—offering strategic growth and talent solutions to startups from stealth through Series C. Driven by a global perspective and a passion for supporting visionary founders, I’m committed to helping companies grow intentionally and sustainably.

Andrea Alhuay
Global Strategic Consultant
Educated in Political Science and a focus on business law, I support Rendez-Vous Partners through geopolitical analysis, international policy research, and cross-cultural strategy. My academic and extracurricular experiences have shaped a strong interest in how political dynamics and global systems influence business growth and international market expansion.
Outside of my studies, I’ve organized cross-community events, led philanthropic initiatives, and built networks across diverse groups—skills I now bring to my work in supporting startups navigating complex global landscapes. At Rendez-Vous Partners, I’m excited to contribute to projects that combine strategy, diplomacy, and innovation to help companies grow across borders.

Global Strategic Consultant
With a background in Business Administration and a focus on strategy, I support Rendez-Vous Partners in developing go-to-market strategies for EU startups entering the Parisian market, conducting executive-level search for Bay Area technology companies, and contributing to product strategy focused on emerging technology. Based at STATION F in Paris, I work alongside founders, startups, and investors across the European tech ecosystem.
My academic and professional experiences have strengthend my interest in the intersection of technology and business strategy. Working across both the European and San Francisco Bay Area landscape has given me a unique perspective when helping high-growth companies expand across international markets.

Holding a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and ongoing MBA studies, my work at Rendez-Vous Partners centers on CRM development and operational strategy initiatives.
